Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving technology pre-sales, and ensuring successful product adoption. You will work closely with both technical and sales teams to align AI solutions with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

-Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation: Work with prospective clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant AI-driven solutions.

-Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

-Solution Presentation & Demos: Deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations to showcase the value of AI solutions.

-Collaboration with Internal Teams: Liaise with engineering, product, and marketing teams to refine offerings and meet customer expectations.

-Sales Strategy & Growth: Contribute to sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and support revenue growth.

-Technical Support & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them optimize AI adoption and product utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS, IT, or related fields)/ related fields.

Experience: 2-3 years in technology pre-sales, technical account management, or solutions engineering.

Skills:

-Good understanding of AI, ML, and cloud-based technologies.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

-Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

-Hands-on experience with pre-sales, solution consulting, and client management.

-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
