Please be aware that Emplay may not be able to respond to your request immediately. Separate guidelines are provided to Emplay employees, job applicants, and visitors to Emplay facilities, outlining the usage and protection of their information. For the sake of clarity, our Site, services (including bots, messaging and networking, and other services), and App are collectively referred to as the "Services" throughout this Privacy Policy to enhance readability.

Emplay collects the following types of data:
Personal Data:
"Personal Data" refers to information that pertains to a specific individual who can be identified. Emplay generally collects two types of Personal Data: Personal Data from Website users and Customers, and Personal Data from Customers' End Users.
Data from website:
Emplay collects various types of data from visitors to our website, including data that can be used to personally identify them, such as name, company name, email address, phone number, or any other identifier that allows online or offline communication with you.
Customer Information:
Emplay collects Personal Data from Customers that pertains to their accounts and their management. As Customers explore Emplay services, we may also collect information through commonly-used information-gathering methods, such as cookies and web beacons ("Web Site Navigational Information"). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from Customers' web browsers (such as browser type and language), their Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and their interactions with Emplay services (such as viewed web pages and clicked links).
Customers' Personal Data may be utilized by us to deliver goods and/or services, process payments, manage sweepstakes and contests, enhance the functionality of Emplay services, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyze user interactions, customize user experiences with Emplay services, contact customers, resolve issues, settle disputes, perform administrative tasks, enforce agreements such as our Master SaaS Subscription Agreements or Terms of Service, comply with the law, and assist with law enforcement efforts.
Customer's End User Data:
In order to provide the Emplay service to Customers, we collect certain Personal Data as well as additional Non-Personal Data about Customers' End Users ("Customer's End User Data"). Emplay does not control or endorse any messages or requests for Customer's End User Data made by a Customer to a Customer's End User.
If a customer utilizes the GenAI Services, relevant portions of the customer's content, including their end user data, may be shared in anonymized or as-is form with other applications or websites, including third-party AI providers, as permitted by the customer for their engagement with Emplay.
Customers' End Users should be aware that they may be required to provide such Customer's End User Data to use the Customer's website(s), web applications, API, and/or mobile application(s), and that their data may be included in the information provided to Emplay through their use of Emplay services. The security of any information disclosed by a customer's end user should be evaluated by reviewing the privacy policies of the customer's website(s), web applications, API, and/or mobile application(s). If Emplay comes into contact with any Customer's End User Data, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect its privacy in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
When a Customer's End User requests access, correction, amendment, or deletion of inaccurate Customer's End User Data, they should contact the relevant Customer directly for removal as Emplay has no direct relationship with those Customer's End Users. Once such a Customer requests the removal of applicable Customer's End User Data, Emplay will respond to such a request within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) discussed with the customer.
Emplay's Customers may electronically submit Customer's End User Data to us. Unless specified in Emplay's agreement with the Customer or as required by applicable law, Emplay will not review, share, distribute, or make any reference to such Customer's End User Data. Non-Personal Data: Data that does not directly identify an individual is referred to as "Non-Personal Data.
"Website Users:
Emplay collects various information about you as a website user, including communication with you, browsing session information (Internet activity), such as browsing and search history, interactions with the website, and geolocation data (based on IP address).
Non-Personal Information from Customers:
Emplay may receive non-personal data from customers, such as the URL of the website visited before and after using Emplay services, the type of browser used, and general or aggregated location data. This information is automatically collected through electronic techniques like Cookies, Web beacons, or Pixel tags, as described in detail in this Privacy Policy.
We use Non-Personal Data to deliver goods and services to customers, enhance the functionality of Emplay services, troubleshoot issues, administer the services, analyze trends, compile demographic data, comply with relevant laws, and assist with law enforcement efforts. We may also disclose this information to authorized Third-Party Service Providers to assess the overall effectiveness of our products and services.
Non-Personal Information from Customer's End Users:
Customers of Emplay have the ability to electronically provide non-personal data about their end users to Emplay services. Unless specified in Emplay's agreement with the Customer or as required by applicable law, Emplay does not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Non-Personal Data. Emplay utilizes this non-personal data to improve or provide the Emplay service.
Cookies: To simplify and personalize your experience with Emplay services, we may store cookies on your computer or similar devices. When you visit a website, a text file called a cookie is downloaded to your device. Cookies help us track your website visits and activities, and with your consent, they can remember information about your preferences to tailor the website's operations to your needs.
Other tracking tools: Web beacons and pixel tags provide us with Non-Personally Identifiable information about your access to the Emplay website. These tools allow us to track visitor traffic, analyze user behavior, and measure the effectiveness of our promotions.
